GARY M. SOMMER, ESQ
Gary is a graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law. He graduated in 1973. Mr. Sommer did his undergraduate and graduate work at Michigan State University earning both a bachelors degree and a masters degree. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in February 1974 and is licensed to practice in all courts in the state of New York. He is also admitted to practice in Federal Court in the Northern District of New York and before the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the National College for DUI Defense.
After graduation from the Syracuse University College of Law, he went to work for the Student Legal Services Program at Syracuse University.
In 1980 he opened his downtown law office, Sommer & Sommer, P.C. The office is located in the Gridley Building at 103 E. Water Street, Suite 304. Mr. Sommer has been an attorney for 38 years and his practice is limited to Traffic tickets and Driving While Intoxicated charges. He has represented clients in Courts throughout New York State. He has been named by Super Lawyers as one of the top attorneys in New York State.

IRENE SOMMER, ESQ
Irene is a graduate of The Syracuse University College of Law. She graduated in 1978 after earning her bachelors degree from Syracuse University in 1975. Irene is admitted to practice in all courts in NYS. After graduating from law school, she went to work for the Hiscock Legal Aid Society and then entered private practice at Sommer & Sommer, P.C. in 1980.

ROBERT M. SINESI, ESQ
Robert is a graduate of Ohio Northern University College of Law, class of 1993, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in February, 1994. Prior to entering law school Mr. Sinesi earned an A.A. in mathematics and science from Onondaga Community College and a B.A. in political science from LeMoyne College. He is presently a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association.
Mr. Sinesi has been with the law firm of Sommer & Sommer, P.C. since 1995. His practice is concentrated in DWI and Vehicle and Traffic Law throughout New York.

JEANNE M. COMER, Legal Assistant
Jeanne is a lifelong resident of Syracuse, New York. She is a graduate of West Genesee High School and attended Oswego State College. Jeanne has worked in the legal field for many years. For the past 21 years she has been with Sommer & Sommer, P.C., as a legal assistant where she has many duties, which include, office manager, liason with clients and the Courts and preparing files.
